Müller‑Brockmann (1914–1996) was a Swiss graphic designer and teacher, a pioneer of the International Typographic Style. From Zurich, he created iconic Tonhalle posters, championed grid‑based, objective typography, co‑founded Neue Grafik, and taught at the Kunstgewerbeschule—shaping modern visual communication.
